About
Built for the schools we actually sat in.
ParhaiPro started with a simple observation: the software sold to Pakistani private schools is either written for somewhere else and translated, or written here and abandoned after the invoice.
Why
A register, a ledger, a result sheet.
Walk into the office of a 400-student private school anywhere in Pakistan and you will find the same three books. An attendance register in a classroom. A fee ledger in the office. A result sheet in the staff room. Each is kept carefully. None of them agree.
The cost is not the books. It is that nobody can answer a straightforward question —has this child paid, and how often are they here — without walking to three rooms and adding it up by hand. So the question mostly does not get asked, and the school runs on what people remember.
ParhaiPro replaces those three books with one system. Not a portal for head office. The thing the clerk opens at the fee counter, the thing the teacher marks from a phone at assembly, and the link a parent opens on a bus.
How we build it
Four rules we do not trade away.
- Preserve history, never delete
- Financial and attendance records are immutable once written. A student who leaves is marked inactive — nothing cascades, nothing disappears. A school’s financial history is not ours to lose.
- One school cannot see another
- Every query is scoped to a school. Not by convention, but at the layer that talks to the database. It is the single most important correctness rule in the system.
- Simple over clever
- Most of our schools are coming off a paper register. No feature earns its place by being impressive. It earns it by removing a job someone does every week.
- Ship what is built, say what is not
- WhatsApp notifications are not in the product. They are on our list and they are not on this website pretending otherwise. You will not find a feature here that you cannot open on Monday.
Where we are
In use, and still being built.
The core is live and in daily use: students, attendance, fees, exams and results, timetable, staff, payroll, homework, announcements, the parent portal, reports and multi-campus.
What is not built yet, we will tell you on the call rather than in a footnote. The clearest example: WhatsApp notifications. Homework and announcements appear in the parent portal, but nothing pings a parent's phone yet. It is the next thing we want to ship, and we would rather you hear that from us than discover it in month two.

Come and argue with us about your school.
The best calls we have are with owners who tell us what their school does that our software assumes it doesn't.
