Who this covers

This policy covers parhaipro.com, this website. Data held inside the ParhaiPro application on behalf of a school is covered by that school’s agreement with us, in which the school is the data controller and ParhaiPro is the processor.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no login and no tracking cookies. It stores nothing in your browser.

The demo form does not send anything to us on its own. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send it, and we receive it in WhatsApp rather than through this site.

If analytics are enabled, they are aggregate and cookieless — page counts and referrers, never individuals.

What we do with a demo enquiry

We use your school name, city, roll size, name and phone number to contact you about a demo, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Ask us to delete it and we will.

Student data inside the product

A school’s records belong to that school. Every record is scoped to one school and there is no cross-school access, for anyone.

Financial and attendance records are preserved rather than deleted — a student who leaves is marked inactive and their history stays intact.

Data is held on managed PostgreSQL with daily backups. Files such as student photos are stored in object storage.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For records inside a school’s ParhaiPro account, that request goes to the school, which controls the data.
